How it works

Only available for UK customers. When we've received your kit, we might contact you before we wash it. If you have any questions before sending us your gear, don't hesitate to call the Ambleside Wash Station on 015394 54954.

How to send us your item

1. Buy your wash service online.

2. Package your item. Include your order number and contact details in the package. You can find your order number on your order confirmation email.

3. Post your package to our Ambleside store team*

4. We'll update you when we receive it and again when the work is complete, and we'll post it back to you.

* Please note: You will need to organise and cover the cost of sending us your items. We'll then return your items at no extra cost.
